My i-140 got approved in May and I485 finally got transferred out of Nebraska to NBC on August 25. Yesterday I notice my I-131 status got updated to “fingerprints were applied to your case”, it has always been “Fees were waived” since I filed it in February, so I am wondering if this indicates anything? . The USCIS has directed the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) and Texas Service Center (TSC) to cease new adjudications of all employment-based Forms I-485 (except for 4 th preference petitions) and transfer those cases to the National Benefits Center (NBC), located in Summit, MO.My I-485 was transferred to NBC a month ago and is still there but I-485 J was transferred to a field office in Charlotte. I still don't have a RFE for medical yet and am no longer current in EB3.
